Meet the team behind PrimeBuild Designs.

I grew up around job sites. As a young teenager, I began working alongside my father in his home repair and property-flipping business. At first, I handled basic tasks, carried materials, cleaned job sites, and watched how he approached the work. As I gained experience, he trusted me with more responsibility. He taught me that craftsmanship is not just about how something looks when the job is finished. It is about how well it performs years later.

Years later, my father and I completed several projects for one of Columbus's largest homebuilders. Their team noticed how seriously I took the work. I stayed ahead of problems, kept projects organized, communicated with the trades, and paid attention to the details that could easily be overlooked. That work led the company to offer me a full-time project manager position.

During my three years in that role, I learned how to coordinate crews, manage schedules, solve problems under pressure, and maintain quality across every stage of a project. More importantly, I learned that homeowners remember more than the finished product. They remember whether you communicated, respected their home, kept your word, and stood behind your work.

Today, I bring that experience to PrimeBuild as Co-Founder and COO. My responsibility is to make sure the promises we make are carried through in the field. That means setting clear expectations, keeping projects moving, inspecting the details, and addressing problems before they become excuses.

Outside of work, I’m also a new dad. Fatherhood has given me an even deeper appreciation for patience, responsibility, and building something that will last.

I want every PrimeBuild project to reflect the kind of company Alex and I are working to build: organized, dependable, honest, and committed to craftsmanship. We are putting our names and our reputation behind every project, so “good enough” will never be our standard.

Working with Alan was a great experience. He built us a pergola and patio that completely transformed the space. Super clean work, great communication, and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. We were so impressed he’s actually starting work on my brother’s house next week.
