What we build
Outdoor Living Services in Columbus, Ohio
Every PrimeBuild project runs through one dedicated Columbus team: design, materials, construction, and the final walkthrough. No subcontractor roulette, no finger-pointing. These are the four things we build best, plus the master planning that ties a whole backyard together.

Patios & Hardscaping
Natural stone and paver patios, fire pits, retaining walls, and walkways, laid by craftsmen who sweat the drainage details. Almost every failed patio we are called to fix died from water, so base prep and drainage are where we start, not where we cut corners.

Where we work
Our base is on the west side of Columbus, and we serve everything within about 50 minutes of it, roughly a 40 mile range across Central Ohio. That covers Columbus, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Westerville, Powell, New Albany, Worthington, Hilliard, Gahanna, Bexley, Grandview Heights, Lewis Center, and Clintonville, plus Grove City, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Groveport, Blacklick, Pataskala, Granville, Newark, Johnstown, Delaware, Galena, Sunbury, Shawnee Hills, Plain City, Marysville, London, West Jefferson, Lancaster, and Circleville. If you are close but not on the list, call, the answer is probably yes.
How it works
Consultation, design, build, enjoy. We meet at your home to talk vision, budget, and timeline. You get a custom 3D design and a detailed material proposal. Expert craftsmen build on a structured timeline, and we finish with a final walkthrough and full cleanup.
Common questions
Do I need a permit for my project?
Usually yes for structures like pool houses, decks, and pavilions, and the rules vary by municipality around Columbus. We identify what your project requires and build the approvals into the timeline.
How far ahead should I book?
The backyards people enjoy in July are usually designed in winter or early spring. The earlier design starts, the better your build slot. It is rarely too early to talk.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We meet you at your home, walk the space, and talk through vision, budget, and timeline. You get a callback within 24 hours of reaching out, and there is no pressure and no obligation.
Composite or cedar?
We build both, so we have no horse in that race. The right answer depends on budget, maintenance appetite, and how the deck gets used. We will show you the honest tradeoffs.
Where do you work?
Everything within about 50 minutes of our west Columbus base, roughly a 40 mile range: Columbus and its suburbs, north through Delaware, Galena, and Sunbury, west to Plain City, Marysville, and London, east to Pickerington, Pataskala, Granville, and Newark, and south to Grove City, Canal Winchester, Lancaster, and Circleville. If you are close but not listed, call.
Do you handle design too?
Yes. Every project starts with a custom 3D design and a detailed material proposal, so you see exactly what you are getting before we build.
